If you select DPD Next Day, your order will usually be delivered on the next working day.
If you select DPD Weekend Saturday, your order will be delivered on the next Saturday, this applies to all orders placed before 15:00 Friday.
If you select Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 1st class, you can usually expect your parcel within 1-2 days.
If you select Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 2nd class, you can usually expect your parcel within 2-3 days.

This depends on how your order has progressed through our warehouse. If your order has not yet been despatch, we will cancel your order and refund straight away. If your order has already been despatched, your parcel will be delivered as originally planned, if you decide to continue to cancel your order, please refuse the delivery. Once the order is returned back to us, we will issue a refund accordingly. We will not be able to issue a refund for the shipping charge on orders that are cancelled when the order has already left our facilities.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept back products that have been used in, open or not in its original packaging.
